Meet the Team Behind this Guide
This guide to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) was created as a project for the Minnesota Interfaith Power and Light (MNIPL) nonprofit organization by the following four scholars as part of their internship for the Morehead-Cain Civic Collaboration summer.

Eleanor Blount is a rising sophomore at UNC-Chapel Hill pursuing a major in Public Policy and a minor in Business Administration.
Her favorite memory as an MNIPL intern was meeting and interviewing community members and learning new perspectives about the communities affected by the Xcel energy pipeline.

Esha Agarwal is a rising sophomore at UNC Chapel Hill pursuing a major in Environmental Health Sciences and a minor in Chemistry.
Her favorite memory as an MNIPL intern was attending the Headwaters gathering, speaking with the elders, hearing traditional indigenous music, and seeing real-world impact from MNIPL’s work. She also enjoyed attending staff meetings and having pizza with everyone each Tuesday.
